It’s available for one person or two people for monthly, seasonal or yearly lease as tourist use. Price to agree on the desired period: as an indication, for a yearly lease, the asking price is 450,00 Euros pcm included common charges, which are inclusive of heating (pets are not allowed because of allergy of the owner)
